Money Inbox and import

One triage surface for everything that needs your attention, and a staged import pipeline that never writes raw files to disk.

DohFlow's Money Inbox, listing a duplicate transaction to review, a stale account balance, and imported transactions awaiting categorization.

One place for everything unresolved

The Money Inbox is a single surface holding imported rows awaiting review, suspected duplicates, uncategorized transactions, low-confidence category guesses, stale balances, and connection problems.

The alternative — hunting through several screens for whatever needs doing — is how finance apps quietly become abandoned.

Import that shows its work

Files move through a staged pipeline: parse → stage → dedupe → review → commit. Nothing enters your ledger until you approve it, and you see what changed before it does.

Raw file bytes are never persisted. The file is parsed into staged rows and the bytes are discarded — your original bank export does not sit on disk inside the app’s storage waiting to be found.

Supported: CSV, OFX and QFX.

Duplicates caught before they land

Re-importing an overlapping date range is normal — you should not be punished for it. Suspected duplicates surface in review with the existing transaction shown alongside, so you decide with both in front of you.
